About the Festival Planners
 The
Washington Symphony Orchestra
(WSO)proudly celebrated its tenth anniversary
season in 2011-2012. The orchestra is firmly committed to its
mission to entertain, educate and inspire the community by presenting
excellent musical performances, and is very pleased to be partnering
with the Mental Health Association to sponsor the Washington Wine, Jazz
and Pops Festival.
The Mental Health Association of Washington County
(MHA)
promotes an environment of empowerment and acceptance for all people
dealing with mental health issues through advocacy, education, and
comprehensive support services. The MHA has proudly been providing
these services in the Washington County area for almost half a century.
All proceeds from the First Annual Washington Wine, Jazz and Pops Festival
will be evenly divided between the Washington Symphony Orchestra and the
Mental Health Association of Washington County. All proceeds will
be used to support organizational programming needs.
Festival hours are Saturday noon-7PM, and Sunday,
noon-5PM. For your comfort, we suggest you bring a blanket and/or
a chair along with you.
