Kathryn Price

Kathryn is a seasoned marketing executive, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for the creative and musical arts. She brings decades of strategic experience to the Washington Symphony Orchestra Board, with a professional background that spans brand development, business leadership, and community engagement.

She and her husband, Matthew, are co-founders of The Olive Branch Events Company, where she leads as CEO and Creative Director and he serves as CFO. Together, they’ve built a purpose-driven company focused on creating meaningful, beautifully curated private, corporate, and nonprofit events across the region.

Their family’s connection to WSO runs deep — their son Lucas, a talented young musician, had the honor of performing in the Side-by-Side program with the Symphony in the Spring of 2025 and is entering 9th grade this fall. Outside of music and business, their home is happily shared with Tyson the dog and two beloved cats, Oreo and Harley.

Kathryn is deeply committed to enriching the Washington community through the arts and believes that music plays a vital role in uniting and inspiring people of all ages. She is honored to support WSO’s mission of excellence, education, and cultural impact.
