Silvia Games DuBos

Mrs. Games DuBos is an Argentinian cellist who has lived in the USA since 2006. She holds a Master's and Artist Diploma from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Mrs. Games DuBos joined WSO in 2012, acting as principal cello from 2019 to 2022 when she was appointed principal leader of the section. She is also a member of the WSO string ensemble, principal cellist of the Greenville Symphony in Pennsylvania, cello section of the Youngstown Symphony in Ohio, and member of the Latin American Symphony, with which she tours once a year.
Mrs. Games Dubos is also dedicated to education. She is String Faculty at SMARTS community art school in Youngtown, and has cello studios in Wexford, PA, and the Youngstown-Boardman area.
Mrs. Games DuBos lives in Campbell, OH, with her husband Nicholas DuBos, with whom shares a passion for music, art, traveling, and their cats Blondie and Hunter.
